The importance of these themes has become increasingly evident all around the world during the past decades and has been accentuated by global integration (financial and commercial) and by the information technology revolution. Understanding these forces is critically important because, in the end, their value will be measured by one simple yardstick their impact on peoples quality of life, especially among the poor. It is important that they get a chance to better themselves.
To introduce them to an ever changing world through the knowledge of the English language, and the integration of the world's cultures and economies.
A bilingual country attracts interest from foreign investment, leading to growth national economic development with an overall result.
